DS1512+ do not enter safe mode with UPS ?!

Hello everyone,

i have the synology DS1512+ and i connect it to the APC Smart-UPS 750 when i check the setting everything fine but when i turn off the plug the DS1512+ never goes to the safe mode even if the UPS reach low battery and it is start peebing every 1 sec. ?

what do you thing i miss ?

i even try to make is goes to safe mode immedialtely but it is never work ?!

by the way i just connect the ups to the PC and configer it and it is work without any problem ?
it is shutdown the PC and then the ups shutdown the system !
so 99% of the problem is from the synology but as synology compatble page is it work fine !!
