EA-N66 led off + repeater mode

Hi,
I just started using this device and have some questions.

1) How does one determine the signal strength when choosing to turn the leds off?
I cant find any indication in the GUI.

2) In repeater mode, i can only see 2.4ghz being repeated.
Can both bands be repeated at the same time? If so, how?
