Media Vault MV2100

Hi...

I purchased an HP MV 2100 and have 2 questions:

1: When I try to copy my videos to the NAS, it copies VERY SLOW. We talking about 2.5-2.8 MB/sec...
Is this normal, or something Im doing is not correct?
I use a Lynksis WRT54G Router. I set my laptop (wired) to 100/full duplex, and still slow copy...
2: How do you run bittorrent client on that NAS?

Bring up task manager on the laptop and see what the networking and CPU graphs look like during the file copy.

I don't think it has a BitTorrent download feature (if I remember correctly).

CPU is at 10% and Networking 1%...
