QNAP 639 flash write

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has tried to write the QNAP firmware on a new flash? I just bought my 639 and the flash had no firmware so I booted a live linux from usb, but I couldn`t find a way to write the firmware to the flash with dd command. I tried freenas distro and was able to write it to the flash, but no luck with the QNAP own firmware. Anyone has any suggestions?
I don`t wanna send the unit back and wait for two weeks for a replacement, especially as the unit from hardware point of view has no problems. I was thinking if anyone can provide a dump of their flash if the firmware cannot be written.

I have a ts-639 and backup the flash with dd if you need it.
